Kicking myself....

Do not use this company to ship your car.

They took the entire payment in full. They never contacted us about when they would pick up the car. I called continually and was told the same thing, that they would call me back. In 30 days, and over 20 calls, I received one call back from the company.

When the car was picked up in Texas, there was no paperwork to sign, nothing to verify the shape of the car, mileage, etc. The driver asked who was going to sign his bill. When he arrived in Seattle, he did not know where to take it because the company had not set up a delivery point at the port. I'm hopeful he got paid when he dropped the car off at the port in Seattle.

Again, after many unreturned calls later, the car was finally sent to Alaska. After it arrived in Fairbanks to be picked up, the port would not release it because the company owed them $2380.00. The port manager said that they had instructions never to accept cars from this company again, but it got through because they used a different name.
After continued calls over the last three days, and promises to take care of the bill, I am still waiting for them to pay off what they owe so I can get my car.

At this time, I'm debating whether to contact the FBI to report fraud.
